26 years experience in the Interventional Medical Device Industry. Has extensive experience in product and equipment design, development, process optimization, manufacturing and industrialization.

Established Boston Scientific A/S as the first non-US subsidiary of Boston Scientific Corporation. In 10 years grew the company to revenue of DKK 250 million and 200 employees. Contributed with several state-of-the-art products and process equipment.  Established international network with leading physicians and universities.

For five years President of Nycomed Amersham Medical Systems/CathNet-Science France and Denmark, a fully integrated international corporation with development and manufacturing of products for interventional cardiology and neuro radiology.

In 2000 initiated collaboration with the University of Akron, Ohio, exploring poly-ethylene-imines ability to accumulate and elute pure nitrogen oxide, NO, within the vascular system a technology demanding precise molecular distribution and control.

In 2003 established Cube Medical, implemented nano electro spinning for NO-coating of medical devices and became co-founder to Millimed Inc, Millimed A/S.

Inventor of 20 patents, among others the Meadox Surgimed’s Olbert PTA Balloon, BSC’s Esophageal Stent, Millimed’s Zero Link Stent, fiber covered stent and Nitrogen Oxide eluting intravascular devices.

Lone Jørgensen, Partner; Administration & Legal Manager
24 years in the Medical Device Industry within Administration and HR.
Extensive experience in international recruitment, various agreements & contracts, patents search & filing plus administration of trade marks.

Ten years with Boston Scientific A/S as assistant to the CEO.

Five years with Nycomed Amersham Medical Systems/CathNet-Science, established branch offices in Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria and hired personnel throughout Europe.

Hired the scientific organization to Cube Medical A/S, later Millimed A/S. 45 highly educated people matching the development for drug device combination products.

During the same period directed the CE-certification by the notified body for Cube Medical to obtain a full integrated medical device manufacture inclusive the MDD standards for class III devices and implants.

Niels Johannesson, Chairman
23 years of Corporate Management experiences in the Medical Device Industry as COO of Coloplast A/S. Held numerous Group Director positions growing the company from a 10 million dollar local manufacturer to a 0.8 billion dollar public listed world leader in ostomy, continence, wound care, skin care and breast care.

Has extensive experience in R&D, establishing and running international subsidiaries, globalizing manufacturing, international branding strategies and acquisitions and integration of companies.

For three years CEO of Icopal A/S, the world leader of bitumen based roofing products with 32 factories world wide.

Holds several board positions and has been member of the executive committee of the Federation of Danish Industries and Vice Chairman of The Confederation of Danish Employers.

Inventor and co-inventor of 7 patents.
